members are required to attend at least once every three months events will be scheduled with the idea of respect for the members work scedule   There are a few rules:  we will attempt  to meet on Sunday afternoon as resturants in Houston close between 9 or 10 pm it makes it difficult to get to a resturant following a movie and have a decent amount of time to have a discussion.  You must RSVP for the dinner.  You can go to the movie with the group if you like or not but the dinner for obvious reasons is RSVP.  RSVP must be done no later than an hour before the movie.  We will vote on what we will be seeing . Suggestions are welcomed.  I have no problem with any type of genre, in fact, having met and taken a class in Direction at a workshop sponsored by SWAMP, I can tell you that horrow films are extremely challenging to make much more so than a standard drama or comedy.  I  will let the group decide on the film we will be seeing and the resturant is possible.  Voting will take place one week before the sceduled viewing and only those who have RSVPed for the dinner will be allowed to vote for the movie.  That I think is only fair.  Due to the size of the group, a member can only bring 2 guests depending on the number of people who RSVP for the event if the event stays open then if someone wants more guests thats fine but no more than 4  we want to give everyone a chance to enjoy themselves  So far now we have a date and a possible location I look forward to getting suggestions for movie and food.  Members are responsible for getting and paying for their own tickets and dinner.  Also the neeting time will always be 15 minutes prior to movie I am having a problem getting things set up on wizard so bare with me.
