Hello! 

Our goal is to is to develop and grow an active portal for people in the Houston area with the common love of Latin music (salsa, bachata, cha cha, merengue, tango, etc) and other dance styles, to meet and share their passion with other like-minded people.  Whether you like dancing, or simply like listening to the music and watching others dance; whether you are a beginner/novice dancer or an experienced dancer or instructor, please join us!  We strongly encourage all members to attend official group meetups as frequently as possible, to help us build and grow an active community of dancers and Latin music lovers in the Houston area.

We are also about educating people on the great health benefits associated with Latin social dancing! Dancing is a great cardio exercise, increasing flexibility, muscle tone and stamina!  It helps in weight loss and in stress relief, making for a healthier overall mind and body.

So forget about boring cardio exercises, there is a better way to lose those extra pounds, feel much better about your self, and get out and have some fun socializing with new friends, all at the same time!
