Introduction
I am not in Houston, but I organize the Hill Country Shiba Inu Club. I would love to make road trips sometime to let my two shibas play with shibas in the Houston group. I look forward to attending a future meetup.
What is your Shiba's favorite activity?
I became interested in them because I like northern breeds and I like their temperament.
Introduce your Shibas, include their name and age.
Tetsuya, my red shiba, likes to play fetch. He also likes to snuggle and is a lovey boy. Deshi, my black and tan shiba, likes to play in his swimming pool and he loves to swim. I think he is under the delusion that he is a lab. ;)
When did you first become interested in Shiba Inus and why?
I first learned about them online many years ago and from TV dog shows. I have always liked northern breeds and their size and temperament seemed like a great fit.

i noticed that all the upcoming events in march are on Sunday. are future events going to be on Sunday's also? That day isn't good for me to show up for any gatherings.... I'm due back in texas on the 15th of March....

Hello! I just joined this meetup not too long ago! I love that there are so many events for Shibas, but I usually always work every Saturday and can't attend any. Is there any way that some events such as hikes and dog park visits could be on a Sunday so I could attend? Thanks so much!
