Meditation for all levels and faiths

Hello

This is the first 'sit' at my temporary place. There is no need for experience or faith (religion). We are going to 'sit' for about 15 minutes, take a break and 'sit' the second time for 20 minutes. Beginners and the curious are most welcome. I am just coming off Active duty so I don't have spare cushions or blankets. If you need one, please bring one. Depending on the group, we can modify the length of time for each 'sit'.

There is never going to be a request for donations or requirements for religious content

If you have any questions, please call Abe at[masked]-1921. We are trying to set up a week day 'sit' as there are plenty of weekend ones. This is a private, friendly and free 'sit'. Meditating in groups tends to work better for most of us. We will have tea if you have a cup!

If you are coming from east of Beltway, you will pass Paul Revere Middle school, then you will come to Walnut Bend (Walnut Bend Elementary school is on  the corner). The place is located at the second driveway after Walnut Bend (there is a greenish telephone switch box by the street). Go all the way to the back and park. You can go to the court yard and look for the 10750 on the door jam. It is closest to the street with a palm tree.

Depending on attendance and request, we can modify day and time.

We were lucky to get one of Houston's learned teacher to guide us. Sandy will be back to guide Yoga soon. We will.start doing old people yoga too. We had a request for a Simplicity Circle. Wr will more than likely move the practice to alternate Sundays.

Good sincere great folks. Lot to learn from the folks and share similar views. Hope to see this group grow and do more meditation get togethers! Thanks all.
