Breakfast: Barnaby's Cafe before Photowalk

Join us for a cup of coffee and maybe an egg or two at Barnaby's Cafe.  There's not really a "meeting room" area, feel free to sit at a table with someone holding a camera bag.  :)

Joe I won't be making it today. I lost a belt on my car this morning as I left for the photo walk.

NOSHOW!! Who leaves the house without extra belts? :) no problem, these things happen. Glad it happened on a weekend rather than on the way to work. See you next time.

Cheryl It happens. At least it happened close to home. Turns out that it was my cooling tank that blew a gasket. The leaking coolant caused the belt to slip.

I am planning to join photowalk for the first time. Can you please advice me what am I supposed to bring and how long is photowalk?

Most of us will have a camera, perhaps a couple of lens and a tripod. The meetups are usually about 2 hours, not including breakfast: however, you can take as much or as little time as you wish. Looking forward to meeting you. You'll find we're a friendly bunch of folks!

About how long are photowalks? Just curious BC I have a shoot at 2 and I'm not sure if I should drive down with my friend or separate for me to head there right after

Hi Ashley. I try to design most photowalk experiences to be interesting for about 2 hours. However some of us stick around longer, some bail out sooner. That said, you can leave when it works best for you; we don't harsh anyone that has to leave early for other commitments. Hope that helps.

Yes it does. Thanks. I figured I could leave early if I need to, didn't think you guys would keep me hostage! Haha can't wait for tomorrow, I've seen photowalks going on in Austin and other places. Its about time I found a Houston one :)
