Miksang, or “good eye” in Tibetan, is a process of learning to synchronize mind and body, allowing one to open to the world without labeling or evaluation.
The first level of training in Miksang contemplative photography purifies our visual perception by working directly with the elements of the visual field: color, light, form, and space. No previous photographic experience is necessary.
ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR
Meet certified Miksang trainer, Denise Bossarte and see what this discipline is all about.
ABOUT THE CLASS
We will meet in the upstairs meeting room at Becks Prime on 19th Street. Beck's lets us use their meeting room for free when everyone orders a meal. So grab dinner and head upstairs to find a seat. The room is only large enough to seat 20 people, secure your seat by making your paypal payment.
See the group's Payment FAQ Page before posting comments or questions. Please pay before midnight the day you RSVP. Thanks.
