Loving the images you guys are posting from last weekend. The 56 people that attended are posting some super cool stuff! Everyone should go look!
On to business. A number of folks that didn't keep their RSVP commitment to the group have been given the freedom to find other photography opportunities elsewhere. One person pointed out that our no-show policy wasn't terribly obvious [cough].
So to help new folks joining us, I have rewritten our welcome email, and posting it below for you guys to proofread. Thanks everyone, see you at the next photowalk.

Its really important we know how many people will attend each event. So a "yes" RSVPs is considered a commitment to the group. We expect people to no-show sometimes; everybody's car breaks down or gets a call from the boss. And if you have a contagious disease or gushing wound, yeah, go ahead and keep that at home.
But this subject is so important, if someone no-shows a few times too many (or on their first event), we'll boot 'em. Right on out the door. Bu-bye style. Yeah, its kind of a big deal with us.
Events are always posted 2-3 weeks in advance, plenty of time for you to plan. So get your laundry done ahead of time (someone literally used laundry as an excuse to no-show).
