Cataclysmic destruction. Surprising survival. In this new live stage performance, Radiolab turns its gaze to the topic of endings, both blazingly fast and agonizingly slow. With their signature blend of storytelling, science, and music, hosts Jad Abumrad and Robert Krulwich romp through hundreds of millions of years of history to arrive at the end, again and again. Joined on stage by Brooklyn guitarist and composer Sarah Lipstate, the evening will be a thought-provoking and laughter-inducing dance on the grave of our inevitable demise.
I'm buying a batch of tickets early thanks to being a KUHF Member, so I'll have those for the first responders to buy from me. But if you're interested, let me know and we'll see about getting more tickets. It's at Jones Hall, so we could meet downtown beforehand and then head over to the apocalypse.
If you've not heard this show, go listen to podcasts. It's right in the Skeptic wheelhouse.
Tickets are $45 each pre-sale.
