How to use a single SpeedLight off camera, with modifers

How to use a single SpeedLight off camera, with modifers

We will be doing single light, off camera flash, with and without light modifiers.

The June meetup will be hands on.  We will be doing single light, off camera flash, with and without light modifiers.

You will need to bring your camera and we will be this with your camera in manual mode.  If you are not sure how to use your camera in manual mode, please bring your manual with you.

This will be the first of two or more hands on meetups we will be doing in 2015.

We will have 3 or more setups for you to learn how to do off camera flash.

Come join us for a hands on experience we will shoot two types of flash setups, Rembrandt and Butterfly lighting

Let me know if anyone wants to do a photo group fieldtrip anywhere local Balt/Wash, or if you know of something that's going on in the area that we might want to head out and photograph it. Any thoughts?

I really enjoyed our last meet up with the teaching of lighting it gave me more confidence in myself to do more of it. Thanks Art! I had a blast too in meeting some of the new members to our photo group. That was a fun night!

Was a little confused about the title. We brough our speedlights expecting to learn how to use them. The set up was for protrait off camera speedlighting. Thank you to Art, he came over to our table and still helped us out. So we did walk away with more then an idea we came with. Best 3.00 ever spent ;) Thank you Art

Loved the chance to try out new things with my own, familiar camera!
