Managing and Reducing Stress in Today's Busy World

Is stress taking its toll on your body?

Stress not only affects our mental state, but it can have a negative impact on many vital body functions. In this 5-part discussion series, we will identify common stressors and explore possible ways to limit exposure as well as reduce their negative effects. Together we will discover behavioral and dietary choices that lead to a feeling of wellness, and we will discuss (and sample!) common, safe herbs to support vital body function along the way.
This is a 5 part session at Morrison Chiropractic. The seminars will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Session 1: June 4 - What is stress?
Session 2: June 9 - Stress and hormones
Session 3: June 11 - Stress and Digestion
Session 4: June 16 - Stress and Cardiovascular
Session 5: June 18 - Stress and immunity/Wrap up
