Because equity is still an issue, (women in NYS make 79 cents for the dollar men earn for comparable work), our group works locally and nationally to break through the barriers that exist for women and girls. Pay equity, child care, a strong system of public education that promotes gender fairness, equity, and diversity, and equality, individual rights, and social justice for a diverse society.

And, we have a good time together, too. Speakers, trips, book discussions, films.

This group is for anyone who shares our goals -- women, men, college students, retirees, young families and empty nesters. We would love to meet-up with you at one of our events.
