From Kingston, go over the Mid Hudson Bridge and turn right at the first light (River Rd?). After .6 miles, there will be a turn-off and sign on the left for the Walk.

The lot on River Road is the only one that I am aware of. I live right here in Red Hook so I am hoping to join you all on the hike tomorrow. I am looking forward to it.

There is a decent sized parking lot at the trail head. Sign on River Road is easily spotted.

It's a left turn onto River Road at the first light after crossing the Kingston Rhinecliff Bridge. There is one big parking lot down River Road on the left. I won't be able to attend because i am working. Have a good hike.

With regards to directions, ignore Meetup's maps, and just use the directions from the Scenic Hudson site - they are the ones who run/maintain the park and their directions are always great.

I'm sorry I can't join you, but I have to attend an all day World Affairs Student Conference for the World Affairs Council of the Mid Hudson Valley. Enjoy the outdoors!

Right! That happened to me once before. Google will show its actual location.

I think the link to the map is wrong. It is to Rhinecliff on the west side of river, not Red Hook on east side of river. There is a River road on both sides of the river.

Sorry. We'll have to pass this one since we'll be in DC this weekend. (Trying to catch the end of the cherry blossom bloom.) Hopefully the next hike.

I'm a definite maybe. If nothing unexpected comes along, I'll be there.
