Hey. I went to Camp Allen in 2007! So we were a year apart. I got a lot out of that retreat.
Thought you were from the Capital District ... so was surprised that you'd connected with a 'local' Certified Coach since I am the only such person I know. Now I understand. Looking forward to swapping Camp Allen stories with you.
