If anyone in Westchester or the greater Hudson Valley is interested I would be happy to volunteer the conference room in my office in Nyack for a Meet Up.

I have listened to this webinar and feel that this is a very helpful resource for all of you. I can forward you information about this but you can just as easily go to the web-site on the address listed. Mitchell J. Stein is the litigator and it is worth looking into.

I've been reading the comments - fascinating - so much about mortgages being a "Moral Commitment" - wow! I didn't sign with a religious official attending!

It is with embarrassment and a huge apology to everyone. I returned to apartment this evening to pick up some belongings and found a note indicating that until the Dept. of Buildings signs off on post-fire construction and wiring, I am unable to have a gathering in apt....I assume insurance issues. We have always had to list in advance, parties, gatherings, etc., which is, unfortunately, what I did do. My apologies. Any suggestions as to a diner, office?
    Can't think of another option
