The topics were interesting but the aggressive assertions of “You’re wrong, I’m (always) right!” backed up by long, loudly shouted rants dense with logical fallacies and claims of authority do not appeal to me. It’s always disappointing when an overly assertive and pugnacious individual is allowed to dominate a meetup.

HARP has everything a freethinker can hope for. Diversity, open minds, intelligent and thoughtful members who present interesting topics for discussion.

Productive and enjoyable! It's always nice to meet with other like-minded individuals, especially those who focus on atheism and the negative effects religions can bring/have brought about.
