Women in Resistance - Guatemala
presented by Dianne Post
HSGP member and rights activist Dianne Post recently spent a week in Guatemala with a delegation from the Guatemalan Human Rights Commission.
The focus was Women in Resistance and the delegation met with many women and several groups who are fighting mining, hydro electric projects and domestic violence.
The delegation also met with the law groups that brought the case against Rios Montt and listened to the stories of many of the women who testified in the trial.
