I would be eager to hear from Skeptics about why they doubt in the validity of a higher sentience such as God. Maybe I can illustrate my side of the story as to why I converted from Atheism after exploring most religions and then settled on Presbyterianism.

One does not 'convert' from atheism. I assume you had nil religious upbringing as reflected by your having explored most religions. atheism is not a type of religious belief - it is the absence of a belief in god. my disinterest in soccer is not an interest in being disinterested in specific soccer teams. My disinterest in soccer has no right to be labeled by soccer enthusiasts as anti-soccer. My disinterest in soccer warrants no label nor comment by soccer enthusiasts. I'm not anti-soccer. Soccer (and any teams) are not something I'm ''anti'' - I'm simply utterly disinterested. I note that Atheists do not label religious people as anti-atheist. So it is therefore not relevant for an atheist to be questioned on doubting the validity of a god in the same way that I would not expect a question doubting my existence of the higher qualities of one soccer team versus another soccer team when the whole sport of soccer is simply of nil interest to me. I hope that at least helps your understanding even a little bit - Regards...
