Week of Action Blood Drive

Drive Details

Help us beat our Winter Holiday Drive numbers! In December we had 20 productive units on a 19 goal – and 25 donors through the door!

Schedule an appointment today by visiting and entering the sponsor code "humanist" or by emailing Lyz directly with your requested appointment time at [masked]

We also need volunteers to work the check-in and snack stations. Please email Lyz your availability if you're interested in volunteering!

What is the Week of Action?

National Week of Action is organized by Foundation Beyond Belief, a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation created to focus, encourage and demonstrate humanist generosity and compassion. Initially started by Humanist Rabbi Adam Chalom in response to National Day of Prayer and National Day of Reason, the Week of Action takes place the week before National Day of Prayer and Reason, and is a way to come together regardless of beliefs to benefit our communities. Whether you spend May 1, 2014 praying or reasoning, spend the last week of April acting!

Can't donate blood? Check out Friday's Week of Action Bowling Party and Food Drive benefitting the Mid Ohio Food Bank.

We do have walk-ins available all day-- if you haven't scheduled or your preferred time is full, don't let that stop you! :-) We also have a slot for double reds at 5pm.

Won't be able to make any of the slots remaining, but I'll try again next time. Thanks!

Unfortunately can't make any of the times, but I will be donating at the Carriage Place Red Cross on Saturday. Thanks Lyz for all your hard work!

The Red Cross needed us to change our date to the 23rd, so this is now Wednesday instead of our normal Thursday. We should be able to take appointments by the end of this week. Stay tuned!
