HDG Booth at GJ Farmers Market

Humanists Doing Good will have a booth at the first Grand Junction Farmers Market of the year. If you would like to volunteer to help with our booth, please let us know. Volunteers interact with people who stop by the booth and often assist with setting up and taking down everything. We are happy to train any willing volunteers on how we run the booth and new ideas are always welcomed. You can play a part in helping us to connect with other nonreligious individuals and in helping us raise awareness about humanism and our organization's efforts.

Free parking is available in the parking structure on Rood during the farmers market.

Sally has said she can help after 7:30 pm and that she should be available to help with tear down.

Hi all. If you are planning to help out at the farmers market but not planning to stay for the whole thing please send me an email indicating what time you will be there so I can make sure we are covered for the whole event. Hope to see lots of you there!

Hey, I sent an earlier msg that didn't go thru! I have down to come at 4 and am good for two hours. Is that okay? Or would 5-7 be better? I am going to pay you for my yearly membership there by check.

Our booth is currently supposed to be located in front of Shannon Optical (618 Main). They have relocated booths to be more in the center of the street this year to try and open up storefronts and sidewalks more. I had requested to not be near the Avalon (due to wind problems in that area), but we're pretty close again. I do have a request in again to be relocated, but for now this is where we've been told our booth will be located.

Hey Jesse, when I paid my dues last year, I didn't get a t-shirt. Also, are dues due every year?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
