The Humanists of Fort Worth is a Humanist organization for non-theists, freethinkers, and agnostics in the greater Cowtown area.

The Humanists of Fort Worth was granted a chapter chartered by the American Humanist Association (AHA) on June 3, 1999.

Humanism is a progressive philosophy of life that, without supernaturalism, affirms our ability and responsibility to lead ethical lives of personal fulfullment that aspire to the greater good of humanity.

We meet on the second Wednesday of the month at Westside Unitarian Universalist church in Fort Worth. We offer thought-provoking programs, social activities, and a humanist voice to the community of Ft. Worth.

Our meeting membership and meeting attendance is much larger than what is reflected in meetup. com.  Many members and visitors have found out about us in a variety of different ways.  We are also new to the meetup.com world.

The Humanists of Fort Worth is a dues paying organization.  Please join our group on Meetup.com it's FREE.  We hope you will visit us at one of our scheduled events.  Then if you like us please become a full member.  Dues information can be found at www.hofw.org

We also offer the services of a Humanist Minister for those who desire weddings, namings, and memorials without religious overtones.
