Safari Club International SF Bay Area Chapter Annual BBQ

This is a great event for both experienced hunters and anyone who wants to learn, even if you have never touched a gun or bow and arrow.

They will have two instructors on hand plus their regular members would be happy to take a newbie out to show them the ins and outs of clay shooting.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to talk to people about hunting — why, where, how!

In addition to shooting they will be having grilled mooseburgers, venison chili, and other wild game food.

RSVP here to see who else is going and possibly arrange car pools.

Go directly to their web site to register and pay: http://www.safariclub-sfbay.org/events/rapidcart/bbq.html

Hey everyone - thanks for coming out and glad you had a good time! The next SCI-SFBA event is a dinner with speakers discussing deer hunting in CA and a New Zealander who will talk about hunting there. You can follow "Safari Club - SF Bay Chapter" on Facebook if you want or (I'm sure!) Anna will let you know about other activities coming up.

Welcome to new SCI-SFBA members Fred Hekking, David Arcoleo and Anna! I have cookbooks for you!

Excellent meetup. Thank you for organizing Anna. The rifle instruction was lots of fun - and I was able to hit 2 out of 5 clays during the shotgun instruction.

I have paid in full and intend to shoot as well. I have shot before but probably need a refresher.
