‘’Business Booster’’ Make sense of Business Planning. Plus General Meeting

‘’Systemising Business Success’’

What is "Business Booster"?

The Assist With Solutions ‘’Business Booster’’ is a simple and easy way to make sense of business planning.

Exclusive to AWS and developed at Cambridge University’s Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning using data gathered from hundreds of successful businesses as to what steps they took to achieve that success.

Our tangible and unique project planning system outlines functions activi-ties and responsibilities within a team required to achieve a business goal. It provides a standardised template which quite simply identifies what needs to be done by whom and when to produce a successful outcome.

Delivery of the AWS Business Booster is via a workshop environment and is ideal for both start up and growth businesses. It enables any team to take advantage of internal experience, expertise and knowledge to provide a sound foundation on which it can build its own unique strategic develop-ment plan.

A very clever and simple tool that I found far simpler to understand in application than in explanation. Once you start using it, it explains itself, giving rise to serious and productive thought processes. It reminded me of playing trivial pursuit, easily encouraging discussion but with seriously useful consequences.

Excellent presentation by Garry. His new board game was a great hit. Excellent turnout and lots of good banter. Really enjoyed myself and think others did as well

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
