March Raw Vegan Potluck hosted by Teresa

Join us for another fun evening of raw vegan food, ideas, support and friendship. Due to space limitations and safety issues, attendees must be 12 years of age or older.

6:00 - Arrive, connect with friends, and relax
6:15 - Raw Food Prep. Demonstration, Discussion, Q&A about the raw food diet
6:30 - Potluck Feasting time!
8:30 - Wrap up


• Your own prepared raw, vegan dish for 8-10 people. The options are wide open: appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, desserts, snacks, beverages, etc. If you're new to this and/or prefer to keep it simple, some sliced fruit or veggies are always welcome. To help get the creative ideas flowing, and to avoid too many duplications, please indicate what you're planning to bring when you RSVP (if you don't know yet, you can update your RSVP later -- click "change your mind about attending?" in the upper right corner, revise your comment, and click "submit").

• A copy of your recipe or list of ingredients to place by your dish, so each person can make informed choices, should they not want to eat certain ingredients due to sensitivities or other personal reasons.

• $1 contribution per person to cover our group's expenses (paper products & fees). We haven't broken even yet, but are working on it.

• Most importantly, bring your relaxed self (and possibly a friend or two) and be ready to learn, share, and enjoy vibrant, delicious food!

    I will bring home made horseradish sauce and a raw apple cobbler (minus ice cream) in honor of the Passover week. The horseradish is eaten for the bitter herbs and the apple-pie look alike is like the Charoset served in a seder.
