Hypnotic Tools for Pain Relief

Hypnosis is a well-studied intervention for pain relief, and well worth having a discussion about. You may be reading this because you are curious how you can remove discomfort and create peace and calm within the body, you may know someone who is experiencing pain who you would like to invite, or simply to work through something yourself. All experience levels are welcome.

A fresh and light vegetarian dinner will be provided.

Now, as you're making plans to attend this meetup, you should know that one of the things that can happen at the unconscious level is that certain benefits will start to accrue, perhaps just noticing yourself starting to feel more comfortable, while your conscious mind is fascinated by the content.

Second, and as a follow-up from our self-hypnosis meetup, one of the themes here just might well be, as Milton Erickson has said, "You can trust your unconscious."

So, as you begin to consider that now, join us for this fun meetup and learn how to use self-hypnotic principles for the relief of pain.

It was a good introduction to the topic Pain Relief. I am for me it was a good opportunity to into practice academic knowledge. I am sure lot of time could be spent on various techniques but proof is always in the practice. This was an excellent balance of information and practicals.
