Hypnosis is very scientific. The State of Hypnosis (what scientists call the Alpha state) is the transitional state between the waking state (beta state) and the sleeping state (theta state). The Alpha state is a corridor to the subconscious mind. In the Alpha state, one’s stress hormones decrease and one is in a heightened state of suggestibility for positive change. All hypnosis is self hypnosis.

Our meetups are at my office in Phoenixville where I explain what hypnosis is, what one experiences in the state of hypnosis, who can be hypnotized, and what hypnosis is used for. I dispel the three most common myths about hypnosis, and answer questions about hypnosis.

We have Hypnosis Sessions with topics such as: Procrastination, Memory Retnetion, Stop Smoking, Eat Healthy, Anger Management, Anxiety, Confidence, Sleep Better, Manage Stress, Self Esteem.

I discuss my self hypnosis to manage stress, lose weight, and quit smoking courses at Owen J. Roberts Adult Education in Pottstown. There is NO CHARGE for my Meetups.

In my Self Hypnosis to Manage Stress Course you will learn to use self hypnosis to manage stress, relax, change unwanted habits. You will learn a progressive relaxation induction and deeper hypnotic inductions. You will establish a personal goal and learn to use self hypnosis to accomplish your goal. There is plenty of practice.
