Hypnotize Our Holiday Eating

Lets share strategies on how to navigate the dietary circus we call the Holidays. 'Tis the season to eat, so why not prepare to enjoy it with clear intentions and empowering tools. I'll include tips on how to achieve satiety through non-food means and conclude with a guided group session that applies core hypnosis principles to our content for maximum impact in our subconscious minds.

All new participants will receive a 2-page handout on Self Hypnosis but you may still wish to take personal notes as the content discussed will be unique to the group in attendance.

    I would also want to suggest for another future workshop a topic on self empowerment ; how do I make my choice when I m faced by a temptation , where I could simply give an excuse to keep doing my bad old habits ? how do I acknowledge that I have full control over my life when I feel totally helpless.
