Let's get together and share our needs and goals in personal development and how meditative practices can expedite our progress. All participants get a consultation in response to their questions and needs. Anyone is welcome to share favourite techniques and I know a host of conventional and unconventional methods and paradigms of contemplation and calm focus.
Techniques I offer include variations of mindfulness, visualization, progressive relaxation, kinesthetic devices and soothing gestures, metaphor, and self hypnosis.
We will begin with a discussion of our obstacles and needs followed by sharing techniques and concluding with a guided group session that incorporates highlights of our discussion.
Recommended: personal note-taking supplies.
