I personally had anxiety,stress, panic attacks until the age of 13 when my mother who also had anxiety and stuttered had stopped through the help of a hypnotist. I had begun my search and reduced my own anxiety by 95% and now help others.
How long have you been suffering with social anxiety and how has it affected your day to day life?
