Hypnotherapy for Pain Management

Whether you are experiencing the ache of emotions or a persistent pain in your body , Hypnotherapy can be powerful tool to help your moods levels increase, achieve a peaceful night's sleep, and have better focus in your everyday life.  

During this workshop: 

• Discover the connection between our thoughts, emotional pain and physical pain.

• Gain tools that will help you manage and release the pain in your day to day life.

• Experience a guided group hypnotherapy session for the purpose of pain management and release.
