Some food you've never made before and want to try it out? This group is for adventurous creativity and experimenting with new ingredients, recipes and cooking techniques. Foreign/ethnic foods, gourmet techniques, scratch spice preparation, you name it. I started this group because this year I poached an egg for the first time, and am going to attempt to make injera, and think it will be more fun to do this with a group of foodies. We can pair our creations to make meals and enjoy that together as well.
Have you ever made a scratch pot pie? Torched Caster Sugar onto Creme Brulee? Ground coriander and roasted it before cooking with it? Prepared risoto?
