I have a 1.5-person software development/consulting gig. I love the work, but it doesn't really scale.
I've worked on many side projects over the years, but none of them are easily monetizable. I'd like to change that. Also, I know many software developers, but few people in marketing, and almost nobody in sales.
Anything and everything -- I'm all ears. How to entice potential customers to give feedback during the development cycle. What marketing professionals look for when they're choosing a company to work for. How do you distinguish a great marketing professional from the crowd. Monetizing mobile apps.
This is the first I've heard of it -- I'll be sure to check it out.
My background is mostly in software development, but I've taken a few classes in marketing.
