I Meditate Friday

A movement empowering Mississaugans to do more of the things they love by recharging through meditation, a practical way to refresh every day, invented thousands of years ago. Reinvented in 2012. Our mission is to recharge Mississauga! Come join us for these FREE workshops!


What is Meditation?
A mind that is calm, without anticipation and agitation is meditation. A mind that is in the present moment is meditation. Why Meditate? The rest you gain in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep. The deeper your rest, the more dynamic your activity is. By doing meditation, you can turn your body into a power-house by generating an inner source of energy. Meditation is simple and is a practical way to recharge and rejuvenate; empowering you to do more of the things you love.
