I'm new to country dancing in the Dallas area-not so new anymore, I've been dancing for 2.5 years. I've noticed at classes and events that there always seem to be single men and women looking for someone to dance with.

My hope this may be a way to match up singles looking for someone for lessons, dances and practices in general.

My plan is to post information about dance classes and venues in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. When you submit your RSVP, indicate that you need a partner.

You can connect with other members by clicking their photos and posting to their wall. If you feel comfortable emailing, that's ok too.

Once you have connected with a partner, please change your RSVP to I have a partner.

Easy? Let the adventure begin!

This is definitely a work in progress and I'm looking for ideas and suggestions from members. I've started a web site, that is a work in progress.

This is a bit like a Field of Dreams, I can post classes and venues, but I can't guarantee that there will be partners available to dance.  My hope is that you can connect with someone through this site, but as the warning labels say, "Results may vary."  :o)
