How long have you been dancing?

I've been dancing for over a decade.

How would you rate your dance proficiency?

Intermediate. I haven't taken many actual lessons in the past few years and need to get back into that.

Dance styles

Ballroom, country, latin, and swing. Specifically: ECS, WCS, Savoy-style Lindy Hop, progressive double-two, two-step, three-step, waltz, cha-cha, rumba, merengue, salsa, night-club two-step, foxtrot, quickstep, and I'm out of characters....

Is there anything else you would like to share?

I like to dance where there is no smoke, and with people who are not drinking. My observation is that people's ability to dance is inversely proportional to the amount of alcohol they have consumed, although their impression of their ability to dance is directly proportional to the amount of alcohol they have consumed.

I'd rather be dancing than figuring out what to say here....
