Event: Moonlit trek from Qutab minar to JNU thro the haunted (so they say...ha) 'Sanjay Van' . Sanjay van is a reserve forest in south central ridge sprawling over 783 acres. It extends from behind Qutab Institutional area to Qutab minar. The forest is dense with thorny vegetation and its green canopy presents a visual feast to the eyes away from the din of the city traffic.
Could you think of anything more exciting or romantic than a group of happy people carrying torches trekking thro the forest on a full moon nite. WOW!!! just the thought of it brings a smile on my face. So friends join in.
The route is marked by a dargha, guru goraknath mandir, eidgah, a few mazzhar, pond and a shelter area.
