One of our good long standing members Laurence would like to invite you to a Tai Chi Session hosted by Tai Chi Master Ming Qu. She is in Vancouver for a limited time and this is a great opportunity to learn from a master. So if you're into Yoga, you may want to give Tai Chi a try.

There is 4 lessons in total. There are 6 movements per Lesson. This event will repeat weekly for the next 4 weeks.
