We all need help learning to be a landlord. Welcome private individuals who own (or are planning to buy) San Diego rental properties. Our hope is to exchange tips, ideas, stories, and learn to be a more effective landlord. Our goal is to meet monthly and have guest speakers, workshops, or just meet socially to have discussions. We will network our and exchange vendor information, tenant possibilities, and investment opportunities. If you feel you fit this please sign up and fill out the profile questions.
