We know real estate investing can be pretty serious and ICOR is ready for little light-hearted and educational fun. We’ve got two great sessions designed around team building and deal structure.
So put on your best ‘date night clothes’ for our Speed Dating—Haves and Wants and bring your list of haves and wants. Who knows— you might meet your new best friend, contractor or investor partner. Then after you’ve broadened your network we’ll find out if you’ve got what it takes to survive our very first (EVER) game of Real Estate Deal or No Deal.

Early Meeting: Speed Dating—Haves and Wants
So here’s the plan… we’ve got an awesome group of investors at ICOR and we really want you to connect. In order to make sure that happens, we’ve devised the perfect meet cute. Come ready with a list of all your wonderful talents and pesky problems to share in this very special round of speed dating. We’ll line you up and you’ll each have a minute to tell your fellow investors about you! Then we’ll rotate until everyone has met one another or we run out of time. Either way, you’ll have a pocket chalk full of new business cards and maybe a few potential second ‘dates.’ Remember the old ICOR adage—“you’re only as good as the team you build.”
Main Meeting: Real Estate Deal or No Deal with Troy Miller
This is pretty much the coolest game ICOR has ever concocted! 6 ICOR investors will play 3 rounds of Real Estate Deal or No Deal with 3 $25 Home Depot gift cards up for grabs. Our panel of experts (realtor, commercial investor, hard money lender, private money lender and a title agent) will evaluate your on-the-spot property valuation and deal making knowledge. Each player will get basic property information and 3 property variables that will help determine the value and structure of the deal. Our investors will quickly put together a rough deal to present to our panel and find out if they’ll be able to close the deal.
6:00-6:15: Guest Orientation and Open Networking
6:15-6:45pm: Speed Dating—Haves and Wants
6:45-7:00pm: Announcements /Deal of the Month/Buy, Sell, Trade
7:00-8:30pm: Main Meeting—Real Estate Deal or No Deal
8:30pm: Continued Open Networking
