The RKR is the advanced restaurant lab class for students graduating from Cal Poly Pomona's Collins College of Hospitality Management. They're open during the academic year (October-early December/January-March/April-early June) for lunch and dinner. Food is great, and it's a chance to see students, many of them local, strut their stuff.
For the Oct 24th dining, IE Foodies has a room reserved and can accommodate up to 35 people.
Attendees must prepay $45 per person (4-course meal, beverage, tax, tip)
There is NO option to pay cash at the door, sorry.
