This group takes a certain amount of commitment. Canceling at the last minute all the time and no showing are not ok. Try to attend at least one event per quarter. Are you good with these expectations?

Yes. At least once a quarter is no problem and hope I can make it to more.

What would you like to learn how to cook? (specific dish or ethnicities please)

Thai food. I make an excellent Chili Garlic Chicken, but other than that I have not cooked much Thai food. I especially would like to learn how to make a Duck Curry, and an authentic Pad Thai. I tried making Pad Thai a couple of times and it was just okay.

Do you have suggestions for markets or restaurants to try? I will arrange a Meetup for our group.

Yikes! This is a hard one. It changes, but right now it's The Back Abbey in Claremont. You can't go wrong with steamed mussels and fries cooked in duck fat.

Would you host events at your home? Our events are usually 10-20 people. Your IE Foodies Organizer will contact you via email for more details.

Yes, about 15 people. For now it would have to be more of a get together than a cooking event. I recently moved to a new home and although it's spacious, the kitchen is small and need much updating.

Communications from your Organizer will be through the email you have on file with Meetup. Please verify that you have a working email for our communications. Is this all set up and ready to go on your end?

It was suggested to me on Meetup according to my interests.

Hi! My name is Angie and I am definitely a foodie so this group sounds perfect for me.

What Angie is saying about this Meetup Group

The food was really good, but the people I had dinner with were the best part of the night. I will definitely be attending more meetups.
