Bradley Lehrman is an attorney with the Minneapolis based law firm Soffer Charbonnet (www.sofferlaw.com) practicing in the corporate finance and entrepreneurial venture group. Lehrman is also the founder and President of Portage Capital, Inc., a business and venture capital consulting firm serving a select number of emerging companies with business management and investor relation services Lehrman has an extensive background as an attorney, business advisor, private investor, and board member involved primarily in early stage venture capital transactions. Lehrman has also been an active adviser to public companies such as Rudolph Technologies (formerly August Technologies) [AUGT], ReliaStar [ING] Investment Research, and Chart MVE.
Lehrman is also a founder and fund manager of Portage Equity Investments; two early stage accredited venture capital funds. Portage Equity invests in software, medical device, biotech and health sciences, telecommunications, semiconductor, and IT technology companies.
