Pierce Street Jazz

Hello PSJ fans,

Another great concert is coming up in one week, so mark all your calendars! The next Pierce Street Jazz event will be held Wed., Aug. 20 and will feature the jazz and blues guitar talents of John Payne. Joining him are Theo Saunders on piano, Ramon Banda on drums, and Henry "the Skipper" Franklin on bass.

Mr. Payne studied jazz with Bob Brown in Albuquerque, N.M where his musical stylings were influenced by Wes Montgomery, Grant Green, and Kenny Burrell, as well as the blues talents of greats like Long John Hunter and others.

Don't miss this awesome show! Music begins at 7 p.m. and the concert takes place in the Troesh Conference Center of La Sierra's Zapara School of Business. Admission is free!
