Need something fun to do on a Wednesday? Join us for Girls' Night Out at The Salted Pig, a restaurant dedicated to all things pork. Don't worry, there are vegetarian options too :)

Come meet new friends and catch up with old ones in a relaxing and friendly environment. Feel free to get there late; we'll be there from 6pm until around 8:30pm.

Hi, so sorry, but friend Irma and myself are not going to make it after all. Both of us have been dealing with elderly parents and health issues today which were complicated by the weather. So we are just going to stay home and drink!

Hope the health issues get better quickly. See you next time!

The restaurant doesn't take reservations and they want half of us there's before seating our group. Can any of you get there a little early with me- like around 545?

Thanks both of you and yes Alma your daughter can come. I've met her before and she's a good kid.

Sure, not a problem. I'm pretty close and don't hit any traffic getting there.

Hi Ladies. I missed everyone at the Salted Pig last night. I was there about 6:20 or so and didn't see any women alone at tables that looked like there was room saved for more people. Asked a couple of pairs of women but they weren't in the group. No one knew of a group at the hostess stand. I didn't see anyone I recognized. Had a delicious lamb burger at the bar with a mother-daughter pair I met as I was asking around for the group, had a great time and will meet them again. They were interviewed by a TV station at the restaurant about Riverside's new Forbes designation. Anyway, sorry we didn't connect. I'll get some text numbers for next time.

Don't fret, you didn't see anyone because you were a couple weeks early. It's on the 20th. You didn't miss it at all.

What wonderful news. Almost as much as finding out you're really 49 on your 50th birthday. I love not being in the Twilight Zone any more. Thanks Joey, for your help. I see it would be helpful for me to keep a calendar open and consulted. It was a fun night anyway and this group obliquely made it happen so I thank you again.

Is there a minimum age requirement (21+) for this location?

    August 5

    • Tim R.

No, its a restaurant so they can allow in all ages.

Well. You're getting closer to Packinghouse.
Hope I'm working the night you decide to
    have girls craft beer night

Where is the Packinghouse? Does it have food? I'm always looking for places to host events.

    • Rebecca K.

My son goes to the Packinghouse. I think it is not far from the airport (Riverside).

No, unfortunately, no food, although we allow
people to bring their own. We do have an
event every other Friday where we bring in a
food vendor. The next one is Friday the 8th.
