23 June updates are in Italics. Mission: SPEARHEAD-Vital Location. On the planet of OrchErE, rest the temple of OrcdEn. As long as the Orcs hold the temple of OrcdEn, they cannot Lose. If someone else holds the temple, the Orcs cannot Win.
Scenario: Green Dragon will sent down the terrain. The temple defenders will consist of an Orc Army of 1250 pts. of which 250 pts. must be Orc Infantry and 1000 pts. as player choices. 250 pts. of the Orc army must remain within 3" of the temple to be in hold of the temple. An additional Army of 1250 pts. of which 250 pts. must be Infantry will also defend.
The Attackers will be an Army totalling 2500 pts. of which 250 pts. must be infantry.
Victory point counts; Enemy Infantry model removed 1 pt., Enemy Special (Non-Infantry) unit model removed 2 pts., Enemy Vehicle removed 10 pts., Enemy vehicle disabled 4 pts., Each surviving Vehicle 10 pts., Major Independent Character removed 10pts., Surviving Infantry model 1 pt., Attacker Infantry model off board 2 pts.
Victory conditions: Defenders Minor Victory; Both sides wiped out, Orcs Win! Defenders Major Victory; Defenders hold temple, but Attackers get models off board. Defenders point count higher. Defenders Complete Victory; Defenders hold temple, No Attacker models off board or is wiped out. Defenders point count higher.
Attackers Minor Victory; Attackers holds temple, Defenders outside of 3" of temple, Point count even. Attacker Major Victory; Attackers hold temple, Attacker point count higher, Orcs Not Win! Attacker Complete Victory; Attackers hold temple, Defenders wipedout, Orcs Lose!! Any other conditions Orcs are Slime Lickers.
Special Rules: <1>Those responding to this meetup each get a Cookie. <2> No "book" checks without oppenent's approval. <3> On Pre-deployment Turn (Turn Zero) One Scout or Infiltration unit can move into Enemy area. 250 pts of Orc Army must set-up on temple (Black Board Area) grounds. 250 pts of Attacker Army must set-up on Slag (Green Board Area) Ruins. First turn deployment to be no greater than 15" of table edge. <4>No unit may deploy in a flank, jump, drop, or infiltration move into enemy area, from off board, until after turn Three. Reserve units entering from Friendly Areas, as per Rule Book. No Special Rules Moves without the Written permission of the Meetup Orgaizer. <5> Standard FOC to be substituted with Spearhead FOC for this game. <6> the game will end on turn eight (8) or when one side is wiped out.
