Introduction

Hello, I go by the monica 'Heineken Shot' on facebook, I give my real name to the people I like... I am an artist (in many ways and formats), quirky, eccentric, schizmatic and unusual. My artwork is described as being 'Cubist'.

Are you based in London?

I am not based in London, unfortunately, but I'm not too far away (75 miles) in Portsmouth.

How did you hear about this community?

Searching through facebook pages, I love street art in general. Had a brief chat with Joao who suggested I join. (My apollogies Joao, we did connect with the ballance theme and the birds breaking into the jewellery cabinet but my head was in the wrong place when we had the chat :))

What do you expect from becoming an IKWIL member?

I have allways loved street artwork and have been constantly amazed at how someone can get to those hard-to-reach places and still do a quallity job... I will admit that I'm not keen on scribbled tags ( i find them boring.) but I do like the more artistic tags with crazy fonts and good colours... but hey, all art is subjective :) I'm a big Banksy fan but I also like the work of Invader, Obey and Alias to name a few...

Can you help us spread the word and get more Londoners into art?
