Learn. Network. Do. Analytic Maturity Model

An exclusive advance screening of the INFORMS Analytic Maturity Model (AMM) will be shown to the INFORMS Maryland Chapter on March 27th from 6:30-8:30pm as part of Learn. Network. Do.  The INFORMS AMM will be debuted the following weekend at the INFORMS Analytics Conference in Boston, March 31st.  This is YOUR sneak peek … be among the very first early adopters!

6:30-7:15 AMM author and committee member, Aaron Burciaga (Senior Manager for Accenture’s Advanced Analytics) will present an overview of the model’s background, development, and future applications.  Aaron and Nagaraj Reddi (INFORMS’ Director of Information Technology) will also present a live demonstration.

7:15-7:45 Networking and Refreshments

7:45-8:30 Bring your laptops and a sense for the issues in analytics that confront your organization (or client) – Aaron and Nagaraj will lead all attendees through their very own live and on-line “captive Beta" assessment.


Analytics Maturity Model 

Purpose: Position INFORMS as the organization of choice, an honest broker, for members and non-members to assess analytics in their organization using the INFORMS Industry leading analytics scorecard and services.  Benefits include:

Allow organizations to prudently invest in the development of their data analysis program by providing a standard for them to assess their Analytic Maturity levels

A standard INFORMS Analytic Maturity framework allows benchmarking across industry verticals

INFORMS penetration into the analytics sector

Offers an opportunity for INFORMS to add additional service offerings and strengthen those that already exist

Provides members opportunities for engaging others to help improve analytics in their organizations

Benchmarks provide the context for:

Developing Action Plans - for organizations to meet their goal maturity levels by specified milestones

Justifying resource investments - to improve analytics in their organization

Targeting key areas within the organization where INFORMS and members are able to provide services for improvement
