Marissa Monteilh

Marissa Monteilh (Mon-tay) is the best-selling author of eight mainstream novels, The Housewives of Ladera, May December Souls, The Chocolate Ship, Hot Boyz, Dr. Feelgood, Something He Can Feel, As Fate Would Have It (e-book), and Make Me Hot. Make Me Hot was a 2006 African American Literary Award nominee. She also contributed to an erotica anthology called Morning Noon and Night: Can't Get Enough. The Housewives of Ladera is the sequel to Hot Boyz (2004), which hits the shelves on October 30, 2010.

Marissa writes erotica under the pseudonym, PYNK. was the winner of the 2008 YOUnity award for Fastest Rising Literary Star. Warner Books released the first title, Erotic City, in November 2008. Erotic City was also a finalist for a 2009 African American Literary Award in the category of erotica and was voted one of the Best Reads for 2008 by Black Expressions. The second title, Sexaholics, about four women addicted to sex, comes out on March 23, 2010. The third title, Sixty Nine, about three women born in 1969 who are about to turn the big 4-0, comes out in 2011, and a title on the subject of escorts follows in 2012.

A former model, commercial actress, and television news reporter, Marissa self-published her first book in 2000, and signed her first book deal in 2001.



Dwan Abrams


Dawn is the best-selling author of My Mother's Child (the sequel to Divorcing the Devil, Coming March 2010), Married Strangers, Divorcing the Devil, Only True Love Waits (winner of the 2007 Pen of the Writer POWER Award for Best Fiction), The Scream Within, and Favor (a short story appearing in The Midnight Clear: Stories of Love, Hope and Inspiration anthology).

RM Johnson

In 1996, RM wrote THE HARRIS MEN, and in 1999 it was published by Simon & Schuster. It was received with critical acclaim and quickly became a best-seller. Since then, RM Johnson has written nine novels, to include the best-sellers, THE HARRIS FAMILY, DATING GAMES, and THE MILLION DOLLAR DIVORCE. Franklin White


Franklin White is the author of Fed Up with the Fanny, Cup of Love, Money for Good, Til' Death Do Us Part and the first novel in The Vil series, First Round Lottery Pick. He is currently working on book two of The Vil as well as his next West Owens novel. Franklin is a graduate of Central State University and resides in Atlanta.
