Let's try something new and meet by 6:35pm at the Crystal City Water Park and do a warm-up prior to the Wednesday Run. We may jog down to the long bridge which is less than .25 miles down, jog back to the water park to finish up the warm up.
Warm-up consists of: light jog - a few blocks, jumping jacks, stretching and some ab work to get the body warm and ready to run!
We will be done right on time to meet with the rest of the group for the 7:00pm Wednesday Run. Post-run, feel free to meet at the same spot for cool-down circle.
