A Tribe of One-Explore your Shamanic Self- Chapter 2

"When I discovered A Tribe Of One, and the concept of Shamana, it kind of completed me, and I feel it summed up a lifetime of searching. For that, you have my eternal gratitude." Quote from a "Tribe of One" reader

This session is chapter 2 of 6.

In 2004 Quynn wrote a book called "A Tribe of One-A Shamanic Healing Handbook for the Modern World. It has been revised/updated from the original form, and it is now the basis for this 6 part shamanic training series. People have asked Quynn for years for a course that has a companion text for ongoing study. Now it is available. Explore your shamanic nature, ancestry and abilities so you can become a confident Tribe of One. Join us for this exciting shamanic adventure! Online version coming soon .

Every two weeks we meet. Each session builds on the other, as we focus on a different chapter in "A Tribe of One". Each chapter Quynn shares stories from her experiences, along with exercises for personal healing growth and shamanic exploration.

Each session of this series highlights the following subjects/chapters (in order) in order to activate and unearth the Shaman Self of each participant. We use the stories/examples in the book, rhythm, the shamanic journey, journaling and sharing as our discovery tools. This training is a foundation series for anyone wanting to go on in their shamanic intuitive training. This series is open to those with shamanic experience, as well as those who are new to this amazing world of Shamana.

Tonight we cover the following topics:

Session 2: Chapter Two: Exploring your Inner Wilderness…
Quieting the Mind, The Strength of the Imagination, Inner World Exploration
The Shamanic Journey

“A Tribe of One is a refreshing take on the subject of contemporary issues and healing modalities associated with modern shamanic practitioners. Approaching the aspect that if one can heal oneself, then by extension one can then start to impact the world as we know it, in a way to bring about healing of the world. Spare prose that carries one hell of a wallop that honors what has gone on before but is not bound by it.” Testimonial from Amazon.com

Sliding Scale donation for this session is: $15-$25 per session.  In order to participate in any session you need to have the paper or e-book.  The series will be available in audio "pay per listen" format (recorded in studio later, not live from the circle) for $25 each (discounts for meetup members are available), so you can catch any sessions that you miss.
If you are drawn to this series, yet the amount is impossible for you, contact Quynn for details regarding possible alternative payment/trade structures.

Additional purchases required: $20 for a paper copy of Quynn's book "A Tribe of One" (if you do not already have it).  Also includes:  Each participant will receive the revised e-book chapters by email attachment every two weeks.  You will also receive an mp3 drum track for your journeying pleasure.

If you already have the paper book, $10 for e-chapters and mp3 drum track.

I'm sorry for not being able to come last night, apparently my guide's way of telling me to save my money for something else consists of presenting me with my bike completely immobile. Hopefully I will see you all for the next tribe of one!

I would like to apologize for leaving, I was having a hard time being there and when the drum started I felt the strong need to leave. I hope this didn't disrupt things too much. I am very sorry.
