Hello. WOuld love to use my Japanese language skills again. Nice to meet you.
What's your interest in Japan(ese)?
Learned Japanese for 5 years as part of an academic requirement for my degree. As an art history professor, I am interested in the arts of East Asia.
What do you hope to get out of The OC Japanese Meetup?
I am quite embarrassed at how much I've forgotten my Japanese. I would love to be part of a casual environment to use it again.
What level of Japanese do you speak? Can you read & write in Japanese also?
Used to be able to research, read and write, but I'm afraid, I have forgotten much due to lack of use.
